1. Your documents, on your phone
Snaparo keeps your scans, the text read from them and everything else you make in the app’s private storage on your phone. Only you can delete them, and you can do it at any time:
- One document: open it, then the menu (⋮) and Delete. It waits in Recently deleted for 30 days; to remove it at once, go to You, Recently deleted, Delete all.
- Everything: uninstall Snaparo, or clear its storage in your phone’s Settings, Apps, Snaparo, Storage.
- Backups: a backup is a file you saved where you chose (your phone, a memory card, your own cloud storage). Delete it there.
2. What we hold
Snaparo has no account, and we hold no data that names you. There are only two things:
- Your Premium purchase record, kept by RevenueCat, the service that manages purchases for us: a random identifier for your installation of the app and the purchase details Google Play gives the app.
- Emails you sent us, with your email address.
Both are deleted when you ask.
3. How to ask
- Email contact@diomo.app with the subject “Delete my data”.
- If you bought Premium, add the Google Play order number from your receipt email (it starts with GPA.). The purchase record is not linked to your name, so this is how we find it.
- We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you, and we reply within one month.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Google Play’s record of each sale (order number, product, date, price and country) is kept for as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires, currently up to 10 years, and then deleted. It holds neither your name nor your documents.
- Technical diagnostics that Google Play services collect for the scanner, text recognition and translation are held by Google under its own privacy policy. We never receive them.
Every detail is in the privacy policy.
